How it goes

You answer about fifteen questions
Business name, phone, address, the towns you serve, your hours, your services, your license number if you have one, and any reviews you want shown. It takes most people ten minutes. If you are not sure about something, leave it and we will ask.

We build it
We start from the kit for your trade, put your details through every page, adjust the service pages to match the work you actually do, and set up the search basics: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap. You get a link to review before anything goes public.

We put it live and hand you the keys
We deploy it, point your domain at it, and connect the quote form so every lead emails you. Then the whole thing is transferred into your own accounts. It is your site, on your hosting, under your name, and we do not hold anything hostage.

What is not
Said up front, so nobody finds out later.
- •Ongoing SEO work, content writing or monthly management. This is a build, not a retainer.
- •Logo design or photography. We use what you have. A site with your real truck in the photo beats a stock image, so send what you have got.
- •Your domain name. If you do not own one yet it is usually 10 to 20 dollars a year, bought in your own name.
- •Made-up reviews. We will only publish reviews you actually received. There is no version of this where we invent them.
- •E-commerce, booking systems or customer portals. If that is what you need, this is the wrong product and we will say so.
Honest answers
Why is this 399 when the kit is 99?
Because you are buying a finished website instead of a folder of files. The kit is the same product, and it assumes you are comfortable with a GitHub account, a hosting account and editing a settings file. Plenty of people are, and for them the kit is the better deal. This is for everyone who would rather the work just be done.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days from the point where your answers come back, not weeks. The honest bottleneck is almost always waiting on details from you, so the faster you send the questionnaire back, the faster it goes live.
Do I own it, really?
Yes, and that is the point. The site is deployed into your own hosting account and the source code is yours. You can hand it to any developer later, move it anywhere, or change it yourself. Nothing about it is locked to us, and there is no subscription that turns it off.
What if I do not like it?
You see it on a private link before anything goes public, and we adjust it. If you are not happy with the finished site, tell us and we will refund you. We would rather do that than have a site out there that the owner is not proud of.
What happens after it is live?
It keeps working, and it costs you nothing per month except your domain. If you want changes later you can make them yourself with the included editor, or hire anyone you like. We are not in the loop unless you want us to be.
Can you do a trade that is not one of the six?
Ask. The six kits cover heating and cooling, plumbing, lawn care, electrical, roofing and excavation. Neighboring trades are often a small adjustment. If yours is genuinely different, we will tell you honestly rather than sell you something that half fits.
